Sunnyside Park hotel is renowned for its popular and well-equipped meeting and conference rooms. There are 9 diverse rooms that can seat up to 400 guests depending on the seating style and room type. Sunnyside Park Hotel also offers five different packages for you to select, including half and full day options. The experienced and knowledgeable staff is on hand to assist with conferences, product launches and meetings. There is sufficient free parking for close to 220 cars and complimentary Wi-Fi for all guests. All function rooms have independently controlled house lights, air-conditioning and wall to wall carpeting.

Conference equipment available includes: data projector, overhead projector, slide projector (35 mm carousel), projection screens, lectern, PA system, laser pointer, flip chart and VHS with monitor.

VENUE SIZES AND CAPACITIES

The room setup capacities are the maximum number of GUESTS that will fit the venues with the buffet situated outside of the venue.

The dinner & dance setup maximum number of GUESTS are calculated with no dance floor located inside the venue, except when using the whole of the Ballroom (Ballroom A+B) or the whole of Prospect. (Prospect 1+2) Here also the buffet is situated outside the venue.
